Jack told us that is was 'neat' that we stopped by the store on our way to have maddy at the hospital (he was remembering that maddy got him a present of star wars figurines on her birthday - you know, to say that she's happy to be his little sister!). I was shocked he remembered her gesture and thought through how it happened. I remember agonizing over what the baby should get him, I really wanted jack to love him/her, even if that love was bought at first.
Jack waves are so cute. I never want to forget that he moves his hand like you would to gesture a duck quacking or some animal coming to eat you!
